Initial Meet-And-Greet
If you are a first-time customer we will personally meet with you to discuss what arrangements should be made concerning your home and pets. You will help us determine schedules for pet walking and feeding, and plant watering. We will also spend some time getting to know your pets. This visit usually takes 15-30 minutes and is required of all new pet sitting customers. We want you to feel comfortable with our process and our professional pet and house sitters.
Please be prepared with the following: a copy of your keys, alarm codes and passwords, a list of local emergency contacts, your contact information while you are away, preferred veterinarian information and your pet’s routine written out. There is no charge for the initial meeting if you book 3 or more visits in your reservation. Reservations for less than 3 visits will incur a $10 fee for the initial meeting.
